We are here purely to promote and publicise local art - to bring art back into the public domain and out from the stuffy galleries!
The idea is this - You answer the last question, and below it ask a fresh question - about anything - for the next person to answer, and so on... so here goes the first question:

I run the collective from home - it is a purely non-profit making organisation - it is simply there to provide a network for artists and to organise events and exhibitions to promote affordable local art... To join, artists need to email examples of work and a brief piece about themselves and their creative history.

If you were woken up in the night, what is the first word you would most likely say?
Woken up in the night I would say "What time is it?" so "what" would be the first word I would say. "Rumpelstiltskin" is what I would say if I were to pick my word though. It comes from a cartoon I watched as kid called "The Littles" about these little mouse like creatures that live in the walls. One time they got sucked into a vaccume and the girl was unconcious so her brother was trying to revive her and said "Say something" to which she responded "Rumpelstiltskin."
New question: "If you were to repaint your bedroom any color you wanted would it help you sleep better?"
